Each Week Covers a Different Topic
Week One:
Understanding the Basics of Shading
Learn the simple system that can be applied to any lighting situation to quickly and easily create realistic art. By the end of this week you'll be applying this system to create realistically lit simple 3d objects.
Week Two:
Learning to Shade the Face
Build on what you learned in week one and apply the simple light and shadow system to the human face. You'll learn to break down complex objects into basic forms so you can confidently shade anything you want.
Week Three:
Shading the Entire Figure
Go beyond the face and apply sharing to the entire figure. As you begin to understand how light and shadow works even the most complex subjects will be within your grasp.
Week Four:
Shading from Imagination
You will learn how to create your own imaginative lighting setups, which is perfect when you want to bring your own original ideas to life. This last week unlocks the unlimited potential to use shading in your own artwork.
